This hotel offers exclusive amenities that meet luxurious needs. We enjoyed the beautifully renovated and stylish room, complimented by the peaceful garden area. The Spa & wellness centre is impressive, boasting multiple types of saunas, full-body massages and spa lounges.
We experienced a minor issue where the conditioner in the room was set on “heating” mode and could not be adjusted, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. However, this was a small setback compared to the overall experience.

The kids especially enjoyed splashing around in the pools. the hotel staff provided a friendly and helpful service throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and taken care of. it was a great experience for our family.
There was a minor inconvenience during our stay when it came to the payment process at the reception.

The spa zone offered a variety of mineral water pools and different types of saunas and steam rooms, making it a pleasant experience for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. the rooms were modern and elegant, creating a cozy atmosphere for guests to enjoy. the hotel was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to access local attractions and restaurants.
My experience was not entirely positive. I was disappointed when I was charged for a tea bag that I used in my room and when I was assigned a premium room without my consent, and it was not practical for unpacking.

The premium room was impractical with no space to unpack. Had to pay twice for the room and wasted 40 minutes at reception.
